Position Summary
As a Service Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers. Youll help guide them through the repair process provide clear communication and ensure an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do
Greet customers promptly and professionally
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
Provide clear estimates and timelines
Communicate updates throughout the service process
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up after service visits
What Were Looking For
13 years of automotive service advising experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales-minded with the ability to explain services confidently
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
