You will monitor and patrol assigned areas conduct routine rounds support access control at key entry points and document unusual activity while staying visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel visitors and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas warehouses parking lots and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor and control access at entrances and gates by verifying identification managing visitor and contractor check-in and coordinating deliveries and outbound shipments according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including alarms disputes and medical or fire-related events and escalate to site leadership and/or public responders as required.
• Document daily activities patrol observations and incident details in written reports and electronic systems and communicate relevant updates during shift transitions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1 years of security experience.
• Lift up to 20 lbs preferred.
• Have access control and/or badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
