This opportunity is perfect for you if you have exceptional attention-to-detail and a demonstrated focus and proven capabilities on continual process improvements.

What Youll Do:

Your main responsibilities will be to manage a rental portfolio which includes the following:

Property inspections
Tenant enquiries
Processing tenancy applications
Trust accounting
Manage rental arrears.
Property maintenance
Regular contact with landlords
Facilitating landlord statements
Creditor payments

What Youll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Licensed Property Manager
Exceptional customer service
Previous exposure within real estate industry essential with a current SA License in Property Management
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and grooming
Consistent attention to detail
Exceptional time management skills
Must have a full Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle is essential.
