The Account Liaison is an entry-level role that supports the organizations growth by connecting referral sources patients guests and internal teams in support of business development through relationship building and coordination.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for account inquiries and works collaboratively with assigned Account Executive.
- Communicate with Service Line and referral sources in the most expedient way to avoid losing a potential guest due to lack of timely response.
- Track referral activity feedback and issue resolution.
- Assist with referral sources patients and families in understanding available services and navigating the referral process.
- Obtain all information to make a safe decision on the line of service to provide or recommend.
- Build relationships and attend community and networking events to gain referral sources brand recognition and promote all Service Lines.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely admission and service delivery.
- Proficient computer skills using applicable software systems.
- Must drive to the various Service Line locations and client sites.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organizational offerings compliance requirements and industry trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years of experience in healthcare or senior-living environment.
- A valid state drivers license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to learn and gain knowledge of medical practices and procedures as well as laws
regulations and guidelines that pertain to senior care. - Must adhere to HIPAA and maintain strict confidentiality with regard to guest information or any
other matters which are of confidential nature. - Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and travel within assigned territory.
