Mission
Product Policy Definition Builtin Appliances (50%)
- Develop update and monitor the product lineup based on the local market environment.
- Define target segments and build the product strategy in collaboration with the HS Product Director.
- Manage trade marketing production and trade budget planning in coordination with the Category Manager.
Implementation of the Builtin Product Policy (50%)
- Execute a full Go To Market approach: product features trainings pricing benchmarking key account listings strategic meetings promotional planning and roadmap management.
- Create strong communication packages based on insights from French consumers.
- Lead GfK analysis for each product category.
- Manage product samples and the showroom.
- Provide proposals for Corporate Marketing briefs (Communication PR Digital etc.).
- Validate pricing and oversee profitability.
- Participate in stock allocation during peak periods.
- Report directly to the President and Headquarters.
Profile
- Masters degree (5 years of higher education).
- 3 to 8 years of experience in product management.
- Strong knowledge of the French home appliances market.
- Fluent in English French and Korean.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills confident speaker active listener.
- Analytical mindset rigor flexibility and strong team spirit.
Additional Information
- Permanent contract (CDI) available immediately.

- Location: LG Electronics France headquarters in Courbevoie.
Metro: Esplanade de La Défense (Line 1) - 6 remoteworking days per month (after 2 months of tenure).
