We are looking for an ambitious and thoughtful Platform Product Owner to join our ProcuretoPay (P2P) Platforms team. We welcome candidates from both enterprise and other complex multistakeholder environments.

The Opportunity

One of the companys OP priorities ProcuretoPay sits at the heart of how cost risk and operational efficiency are managedspanning the endtoend process from purchase order creation through invoice validation and dispute handling.

In this role you will help identify opportunities and drive accelerated value delivery across P2P platforms with a strong focus on cost assurance productivity and automation.

This role is designed for a product professional who is eager to grow their ownership visibility and influence over time. You will operate in a large and complex stakeholder landscape working closely with Procurement Finance Operations and Technology.

Success in the role comes from building alignment shaping direction and turning ambiguity into clarity through strong communication and structured thinking.

The scope is intentionally broad and will evolve as priorities and platform needs developoffering meaningful opportunities to expand responsibility and become a trusted product voice across the organization.

This role has a clear growth path into broader platform ownership and increased strategic scope over time.

What You Will Do

• Shape product vision priorities and roadmaps across the P2P platform ecosystem.
• Translate business needs into clear product direction requirements and a wellgroomed backlog.
• Lead discovery with users process owners and UX to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• Communicate problems options and tradeoffs to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Balance user experience business value technical constraints risk and performance.
• Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency automation data quality and control.
• Work closely with engineering UX data and architecture teams to deliver and iterate.
• Use data and narrative to communicate progress and outcomes.
• Lead crossfunctional squads and shape longterm platform direction.
• Experiment with emerging technologies including automation and AI to unlock new value.

What Were Looking For

• 5 years in product management within complex or multistakeholder environments.
• Strong structured thinking and a datadriven approach to decisions and prioritization.
• Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum.
• Exceptional communication skills including tailoring messages for different audiences.
• Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across competing priorities.
• A growth mindset appetite for increased responsibility and comfort with ambiguity.

• Exposure to ProcuretoPay Procurement Finance ERP ecosystems invoicingdispute management controls and compliance.
• Background in shipping logistics or similarly complex operational environments.
