About the Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced and driven IBA National Retail Project Specialist to join our team in a fulltime permanent capacity. While the role is based at our Truganina site were also open to candidates located in other states.

In this role you will support the National Retail Operations Excellence Lead to deliver shopperfocused retail strategies that enhance the best store in town experience. Youll play a key part in driving executional excellence across the network ensuring initiatives are rolled out effectively and deliver meaningful mutually beneficial outcomes for our members.

In this Role

• Ownership & Creation of Retail Development Tool Kit: Documentprovidingone stop shop for retailerscontractorsand ourregionalteams to show and sell in the refurbishment program which includes details where retailers canselectrefurbishment options to grow their business.
• Responsible forcross functionalworkingrelationshipswith Metcash Pillars to deliverefficienciesand cost savings across the Metcash pillars.
• Support National Retail Excellence Lead in the rollout of strategic projects and initiatives across both IBA and the broader Metcash business.
• Engage and partner with relevant suppliers to ensure the most efficient andcost-effectiveimplementationsfor all initiatives driving collaboration & consistency across markets.
• Assistwithimprovingthe IBA Network by developing andmaintainingconsistently high operational standards in the IBA retailer network across the board by working with retailers whilst providing guidance to a team of Business Development Managers
• Ownership of Operations Manuals (operating standards) BDM tool Kit Member communication ensuring National efficiency keeping up to date with relevant marketing information
• Coordinate andmaintaintheretailinstoreBrand Guidelines documents.
• Provide input into theManagement & evolution for the ALM Training Academy

Youre Likely a Match If

• Demonstratedretail industry experience preferably in FMCG. Liquor experienceis desirable.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal& externalstakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to deliver quality and on time
• Experience with process improvement and change initiatives.
• Category Management experiencepreferred.
• Presentation skillsare desirable
• Process /project management experienceessential.
