Provides general carpentry and painting to maintain repair and renovate the physical structure. Provides basic HVAC mechanical electrical and plumbing services to efficiently operate facilities and equipment. Tests monitors and operates equipment/chemicals for water supply. Removes snow using various types of equipment. Provides assistance to maintain grounds as required.Job Duties:
Work is typically performed in a warehouse/maintenance or office environment; may require performance of work within clinical areas. Requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently required to reach above head bend push pull stoop and kneel. Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures.
