Job Description
As a Security Guard - Flex Driver Patrol Residential in Rancho Palos Verdes CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents guests and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
- Monitor neighborhood activity and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating to appropriate contacts and/or public services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of community streets common areas amenities and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or hazard concerns.
- Support access control at entry points by verifying credentials when required documenting visitor and contractor access and addressing parking and community rule concerns in accordance with site guidelines.
- Complete detailed written reports and daily activity logs communicate with Allied Universal supervision and property management and use radios and/or other systems to coordinate response and document incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
