Overview
Element has an opportunity for an Office Manager. Reporting to the General Manager II the Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency organization and compliance with company policies. This role supports management and staff by coordinating office activities managing resources and serving as a central point of contact for internal and external personnel. This position is located onsite at the Fort Myers Location.
Salary: $60000.00 yr
Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional efficient and well-organized work environment
Manage office supplies equipment and vendor/client relationships including purchasing and contract coordination
Coordinate administrative procedures and systems to improve workflow and operational effectiveness
Support human resources functions including onboarding recordkeeping and coordination of employee documentation
Maintain accurate records files and databases in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Schedule meetings prepare agendas and provide logistical and administrative support to management
Serve as a point of contact for visitors clients and service providers
Ensure compliance with health safety and office security standards
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Skills / Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office management software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability and proactive approach to problem-solving
