Role overview:
Lead the data conversion workstream for a statewide HCBS case management implementation. Develop and execute a repeatable auditable conversion approach that supports phased go-lives and protects the integrity of authorization and service delivery data that drives billing/claims outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

Create and manage the Data Migration/Conversion Plan (sources mapping sequencing validation cutover)
Inventory legacy sources and define data quality rules and remediation approach
Execute iterative mock conversions; reconcile results; drive defect correction and retesting
Coordinate conversion schedules with configuration integration testing and training needs
Ensure converted authorization/service delivery/provider data is reliable for billing/claims use cases

Minimum qualifications:

5 years implementing a case management system of similar scope/size
Proven delivery of large-scale data conversion efforts including reconciliation and cutover
Strong SQL and ETL/migration tooling experience; strong documentation discipline
Strong familiarity with billing-adjacent data (authorizations service delivery provider/service definitions)
