Learn more about us: & Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily school visits (10 schools per week) to implement and monitor the learning programs being implemented in the intervention schools.
- Observe classroom interactions closely to identify student learning levels engagement patterns and grouping needs.
- Provide technical support to the schools in managing students profiles conducting assessments and technical troubleshooting.
- Support students in using the AI-powered PAL software ensuring regular and optimal utilisation of the PAL Lab during school hours.
- Create awareness and secure buy-in from local stakeholders to drive adoption of the technology platform and program initiatives.
- Regularly collect analyze and report data to ensure evidence-based decision-making and continuous program improvement.
- Documentation of ground stories in the form of Case studies and Success stories.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:
- Technology Orientation Comfort with using learning platforms conducting basic data analysis using tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and facilitating tech-driven interventions.
- Interest in Learning Pedagogy Genuine curiosity about how students learn and how technology can enhance those outcomes.
- Strong Observation Skills Ability to keenly watch classroom dynamics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Mentoring Mindset Readiness to coach students and teachers and openness to receiving feedback for self-improvement.
- Negotiation and Relationship-Building Comfort in engaging with multiple stakeholders at the school level.
- Self-Discipline and Planning Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet weekly and monthly goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelors degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- 12 years of experience in education teaching or field program implementation preferred.
- Basic digital literacy and regular access to a PC or laptop.
- Candidates with access to personal transport are preferred.
