What you will do:

Review reviews from B2C users and photos on our platform and assess them for compliance with our community guidelines and standards.
Moderate reviews & photos to ensure they are appropriate for our audience and do not violate any laws or regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to identify emerging trends or issues related to review & photo moderation and provide suggestions for improvement.
Communicate with users regarding moderation decisions and provide feedback on how to improve their content if necessary.
Keep up-to-date with changes in community guidelines policies and regulations related to photo moderation.

Who you are:

Minimum of 2 years of experience on Customer Support or Sales
Passionate about the restaurant industry to join our team based in Barcelona
Languages: high level of English (other language is a plus)
Good communication skills
Goal oriented
Dynamic speech
Team Player
SalesForce knowledge is a plus
