DescriptionBased in ClujNapoca Romania the CRM Salesforce Service Analyst APAC plays an important role in ensuring effective and reliable Salesforce service operations across the Fluid & Motion Control business in the Asia Pacific this position you will act as a trusted partner between regional business teams and the global Salesforce development organization. You will help ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem remains stable user friendly and continuously improving. You will collaborate with functional groups across the APAC region and contribute to global initiatives as part of a distributed team.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Execute key Salesforce administrative activities including enforcing business processes monitoring data quality and supporting system governance.
Create and maintain adhoc reports and dashboards to provide insights that support effective decisionmaking.
Stay informed on Salesforce releases adopting new features and promoting best practices across the region.
Troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues in partnership with global support teams.
Support account provisioning role assignments queue management and workflow routing for APAC Salesforce users.
Capture and document functionality requests from crossfunctional APAC stakeholders.
Assist with testing new features enhancements and integrations to ensure they align with business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation including training materials job aids and process guidelines.
Support the onboarding of new business units and regional functions into the Fluid & Motion Control Salesforce ecosystem.
Recommend process improvements and contribute to global initiatives that drive consistency and efficiency.
Act as a change champion across APAC promoting adoption alignment and bestpractice behaviors.

Experience working with CRM platforms or business processes with handson Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a global crossfunctional team environment.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage competing requests.
Experience in troubleshooting and in communicating with different levels within the company to investigate issues.
Openness to working hours aligned to support APAC business teams and global Salesforce Administration teams (7:00 AM start time).
Willingness to travel internationally when required (very rarely).
