Job Summary
YOUR MISSION
The Finance team of Romania is looking for a 360º analytical and hands-on Senior Finance Analyst who can provide support in strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will also support the budgeting forecasting and reporting processes and participate in various FP&A projects and initiatives.
THE JOURNEY
- Support operational information financial statements and preparation of forecasts & budget
- Take part in the month end closing process from adjustments to the production of management reporting & accounting (P&L BS)
- Enhance financial discipline and improve overall profitability maximising outputs.
- Work with a cross-functional team to ensure a profitable and flawless execution while being part of the Finance Team in the region helping them in taking decisions that will shape the future of our business in the country.
- Prepare & present monthly quarterly / annual finance reports and analysis (P&L and cost-saving plans)
- Prepare analysis and justifications of actuals data forecasts and deviations
- Study the viability of investments/projects - reports strategic reorientation etc.
- Assess new business opportunities and new vertical developments and changes
- Business partnering to Senior management in financial and operations matters
- Develop and/or maintain insightful management reports and analysis about the overall company performance and provide professional advice in relation to operational performance
- Gather input from the commercial & operations departments and translate & adjust them into budgets forecasts and long term plans defining and monitoring financial & operational targets to steer the performance of the Company
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting/investment banking/controlling/FP&A.
- A degree in Business Strategy Finance Maths Statistics Economics or other quantitative discipline is a must
- Advanced level in Microsoft Office / G-Suite is a must
- Able to handle a high volume of transactions/data and discover trends patterns and insights that can be shared with the relevant teams
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills with strong modeling experience
- Hands-on and autonomous.
- Ability to influence stakeholders in order to help achieve your goals.
- Previous SAP / OneStream experience would be a plus.
