Sine (by Honeywell) is an all-in-one platform that transforms workplace security and efficiency through automated visitor management contractor compliance and real-time facility insights.

As an Advanced UX Designer youwill own end-to-end experience design across Sines product suite translating complex visitor and contractor compliance requirements into intuitive elegant interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to define interaction patterns conduct user research and deliver high and low-fidelity prototypes. This role demands a strong systems-thinking mindset the ability to balance enterprise-grade functionality with simplicity and a track record of shipping UX at scale in a face-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end experiences across new and existing features within Sines product suite across Web and Mobile (phone / tablet).
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to translate ambiguous requirements into clear user-friendly designs.
  • Produce wireframes low and high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes with supporting documentation that communicates design intent across the team.
  • Build design concepts using Figma and FigJam.
  • Apply UX best practices and multi-source insights to create designs that balance user needs with business outcomes.
  • Lead the design and ongoing evolution of Sines Design Language System.
  • Ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Use Productboard and the Atlassian suite to scope plan and track work.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Interaction Design Graphic Design Product Design or a related field is preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in UX and UI design including persona development user journeys use cases and storyboarding with strong proficiency in wireframing prototyping and visual design for mobile and desktop applications.
  • Experience with building and managing a design system.
