About the role
In this role you will be leading a product line within our business group (BG) Integrated Circuit Solutions (ICS) which is responsible for developing and delivering an analog and mixed signal IC portfolio for power and signal chain targeting to enhance applications in automotive industry consumer electronics IT and telecommunication.
Together with your team you are responsible for the business profit-n-loss (P&L).
This role is in our headquarter in Nijmegen the Netherlands and will give you the opportunity to travel to our other locations worldwide for around 25% of your time.
What you will do
Managing the product roadmap of our BG ICS.
Driving the development platform and R&D execution.
Creating the go-to-market strategy for our complex analog and mixed signal ICS products.
Driving customer design-in/win and ramping up production by working with sales field applications supply chain and (external) manufacturing teams.
Managingcross functionalteams that may includeproduct definition & application design& layoutengineering product marketing and business development program managementtestand product engineering teams.
Partnering with the BG ICS leader in charge of operations finance human resources quality and technology platform team to manage every aspect of the business.
What you will need
Masters degree in engineering is a must. Electrical engineering is strongly preferred.
10 years experience in semiconductor industry (Analog Mixed-signal and logic).
Track record in building and managing cross functional teams.
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results.
Experience in business management is a must.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
25-30% travel (including international travel) is expected.
