Skills and Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to produce high quality promotional materials (e.g. presentations pre meeting fact sheets)
- Prior experience in banking a corporate treasury function or an asset management firm is preferred
- Strong communication skills particularly written communication
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under tight deadlines
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work effectively within a geographically diverse and multicultural team
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach
Education
- Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
- Fluency in English and French is required; additional European languages are considered an advantage
- Availability to complete a 6 month internship starting in May 2026
Responsibilities
- Support the Relationship Management team in delivering high quality customer service with a primary focus on France & Benelux and sustainable finance products
- Prepare materials for client and prospect meetings and support follow up actions after meetings
- Provide research and information gathering support to Relationship Managers and Account Managers including collecting data and documents for RFPs and tenders
- Maintain tender and RFP records including tracking missed deals and the forward commercial pipeline
- Monitor relevant news and publications to identify cross selling opportunities and potential new business
- Support the organisation of events and conferences including pre meeting preparation and post event follow up
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives or campaigns as required
- Support sales process administration in Salesforce as directed
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Middle Office Legal Compliance Sales Operations and Billing/Collections teams
- Provide additional support to other Commercial group teams as needed
About the team
The Relationship Management Associates Team works closely with experienced Sales professionals supporting their activity to increase mandates and revenue in their assigned territories region and/or lines of business. Service focused individual responsible for providing mainly office-based support for the Relationship Management (RM) and Relationship Management Associate teams.
