Managing Dentist Phoenix AZ
A patient-focused dental practice is seeking a Managing Dentist to lead clinical care while supporting a collaborative team environment. This role offers the opportunity to combine hands-on dentistry with mentorship and leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral health conditions
Develop and present treatment plans to patients
Deliver high-quality clinical treatments
Lead and mentor dental team members
Collaborate with leadership to support practice goals
Maintain high standards of ethics and patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active dental license (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state)
Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
