Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer at Tightrope AI you will build the core infrastructure that transforms any website into a programmable API. You will develop AI agents capable of navigating complex enterprise portals handling secure authentication and executing multi-step workflows. This is a high-impact role at an early-stage startup defining the future of horizontal enterprise automation.

What you will do:
Architect and build the Runner engine that executes deterministic browser playbooks at scale across diverse enterprise environments.
Integrate LLMs and computer vision to enable self-healing automations that can adapt to UI changes without manual intervention.
Design and implement secure encrypted credential management systems that support complex authentication flows like SSO and 2FA.
The ideal candidate:
Possesses deep experience in full-stack engineering with a strong focus on browser automation web scraping or building developer-facing SDKs.
Demonstrates a track record of building and scaling production-grade systems in a fast-paced startup environment preferably as an early employee.
Exhibits a product-focused mindset capable of translating complex customer workflows into elegant reusable code-based playbooks and APIs.
