What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees contractors and visitors at a technology and office location by following site-specific security-related procedures access requirements and emergency response guidance as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of offices lobbies parking areas loading areas and the perimeter; note unusual activity and report concerns per post orders to help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow verify identification and/or credentials as required and maintain sign-in logs and issued badges per site policy.
• Respond to incidents alarms and requests for assistance in a calm problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel and/or public responders when needed and document actions taken.
• Complete patrol and incident reports with clear accurate details; communicate observations and shift updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A state county or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
