About the Role
The Village at Brookwood is seeking a relationship-driven Sales Counselor to join our Marketing this role you will guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making process conduct community tours and help them find the home that best fits their lifestyle.
This position plays a key role in maintaining occupancy goals while building meaningful connections within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective residents and referral sources
Schedule and conduct community tours and presentations
Guide prospects through the decision process and close sales
Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-ups in CRM
Respond promptly to website inquiries and phone leads
Meet outbound call expectations and track activity
Achieve or exceed sales and occupancy benchmarks
Support marketing events prospect gatherings and waiting list (Oak Circle) initiatives
Promote and represent the mission and values of The Village at Brookwood
Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
4 years of sales experience preferred
Experience with CRM software preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
Valid North Carolina Drivers License required

Standing sitting and walking during tours and events
