Senior Sales Operations Analyst Northern Cluster (Endoscopy)

Role Overview
TheSeniorSales OperationsAnalystis anindividual contributor supporting the UKFranceand NordicEndoscopy businesses within the Northern Cluster. The role providesadvancedcommercial analysisinsight and business judgementto enable informeddatadrivendecisionmakingby country and clusterforSalesleadership.
This position combines strong analytical capability with solid commercial understandingwith the ability to translate complex information into clearinsights and recommendation withconcise is expectedthat you willoperatewith a high degree of autonomy proactively shaping and supportingsales and commercialdecisionmaking
The role reports to theEMEA ENDO Commercial Sales Ops Lead
Key Responsibilities
Partner closely withcountry and cluster Salesleadership(including ClusterBUD Business Unit Managers Regional Sales Managers and NKAMs)as a trusted Business insights partner.
Develop andmaintaindeal models customer P&Ls waterfalls and scenario analyses to support pricing contracting forecasting and planning activities.
Deliveradhocand recurring analyses covering customer performance profitability forecasting AOP and planning.
Design develop andmaintaindashboards and reports primarily usingTableau with exposure toPower BIwithin the broader analytics environment.
Provide regular KPI updates and analytical input for QBRs SLT materials and other business reviews.
Maintain and enhance analytical tools and reporting assets in line with Sales Operations standards proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to improve decision quality efficiency and commercial impact and enabling stakeholders in their effective use.
Demonstrate practicaluse ofGenAI and automation toolsto improve efficiency and insight quality.
Provide analyticalinputduringcustomerfacingactivities (e.g. tenders negotiations QBRs) as part of the broader sales team.
Support FP&A and FinOps through performance dashboards price impact analysis and forecasting insights related to commercial performance and incentive monitoring
Liaise with programme delivery teams tomonitorimplementation progress and highlight risks or issues.
Work closely with the wider Sales Operations team to streamlinestandardiseand improve reporting
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree inBusiness AdministrationFinance or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
5 yearsin Sales Operations Commercial Analytics Finance or a related analytical role.
Proven experience building and interpretingdeal models customer P&Ls waterfalls and scenario analysesin a commercial environment.
StrongproficiencyinTableau; working knowledge ofPower BI.
Demonstrated ability tomove beyond analysis delivery to insight generation and commercial recommendation with strong business acumen and sound judgmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex analysis to nontechnical audiences.
Deep understanding ofcustomer economics pricing and contracting dynamics and sales decision drivers; experience in MedTech or healthcare is strongly preferred.
FrenchUKor Nordics Market preferred.
Experience withGenAI tools andautomationin an analytical context.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills inEnglish andFrench.
Proactive approach to generating ideas and solutions for developing meaningful and innovative tools for future value.
Demonstrated competencies in strategic thinking global perspective customer focus analysis planning execution relationship building and influence.
