We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Management Accounts Assistant to join our Treasury Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a professional and client-focused property environment.
You will support the Team Leader and Client Accountants in delivering high-quality property management accounting services to our occupier clients. The role involves day-to-day portfolio administration financial processing and regular liaison with tenants landlords and internal surveying teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the provision of property management accounting services to occupier clients.
- Support the day-to-day management of client portfolios.
- Maintain and update the Property Management database (Tramps).
- Manage invoice processing via our scanning system (Alusta).
- Reconcile rent and service charge invoices investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor shared client email inboxes and respond to queries promptly and professionally.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords via telephone and email.
- Provide general administrative support including electronic filing and ad hoc team assistance.
- Work closely with London and regional surveying colleagues to support portfolio activity.
- Represent the company in a professional and client-focused manner at all times.
Qualifications :
About You
- Ideally educated to A-Level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional detail-oriented and methodical approach to work.
- A positive team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to apply common sense.
