• You come from a top-tier management consulting company or a strong operations background and youre looking for a new challenge Then you are at the right place!

• As a Senior Manager Supply Chain Development youll join an experienced and highly ambitious team within Operations. The team is leading improvements innovation and automation for Operations and you will be leading initiatives to drive growth profitability and process efficiency across multiple countries and a rapidly scaling operation.

• In this role you will balance creative problem solving with best operational practice to ensure scalable and high-impact solutions and successful project completion within a fast-growing scale-up.

The Role Your Passion

• You drive key improvements in supply chain and logistics processes ensuring they are prioritized and effectively implemented to meet business goals.

• You do this by leading and coordinating teams ensuring seamless collaboration across departments: Supply Chain Stations Data & Analytics Product/Tech Damage Management etc.

• You leverage data analysis to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative effective solutions.

• You play a key role in the successful implementation of our new ERP system (SAP) bridging operations and tech to ensure smooth adoption data integrity and process alignment across supply chain functions.

• You are curious to implement automated flows. AI at Roadsurfer is now starting full speed and we will train and enable you to integrate automation and AI into the core logistics processes.

What You Need To Surf The Wave With Us

• You successfully completed a bachelors or masters degree in business management or a related field.

• You have 5 years of relevant experience in the conception and execution of projects ideally in logistics operations or performance improvement.

• You have the ability to work effectively with people at all levels within an organization.

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a talent for disruptive and creative ideas.

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
