Your tasks

• Support the controlling function for the sales region MEA & CIS; occasional support for the accounting department might take place as needed

• Prepare management reports and further develop reporting tools

• Conduct performance analyses (actual vs. budget)

• Perform adhoc evaluations and handle special controlling tasks (e.g. support with business cases)

• Assist in the planning process (Budget/Forecast)

• Prepare presentations for internal and external management meetings

• Support with documentation of processes

• Support invoice approval process

Your qualifications

• Studies in Business Administration / Economics with a focus on Finance or a comparable field of study

• Previous practical work experience (e.g. internship) is preferred

• Strong analytical skills and structured way of thinking

• Very good knowledge of Excel; basic knowledge of PowerPoint

• Knowledge of SAP (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud) is a plus

• Ability to think outside the box and willingness to use modern tools (e.g. AI solutions) to improve processes

• Very good command of English

• Proactive independent and teamoriented working style

• High level of capacity flexibility and reliability

• Strong crosscultural awareness
