Asa Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE)you will be responsible for ensuring our customers success driving the growth and adoption of our technology and ultimately boosting renewals and gleaning strategic insights that improve our product value. This is an outstanding chance to create a significant impact and influence the success of Cohesitys customers.

Weare looking fora highly skilledcustomer-focused CSE withhands-ontechnical expertise in Cohesity products including DataProtect and this roleyou willfunction asa trusted technical advisor helpingour customersmaximizethe performance reliability and value of their Cohesity deployments.

Drawing on your industry knowledgeand real-world operational experienceyou willplay a critical role inaddressingproduct inquiries minimizing downtime and enhancing the overall customer experience.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:

Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing guidance on Cohesitys suite of data-management and security solutions including best practices for hybriddeployments SaaSintegration and resilience design in cloud-firstenvironments.

Provide technical guidance toensure deployed Cohesityproductsare configured to deliver increased performanceavailability and reliability.

Assist customers in deploying best practice strategies fordisaster recoveryand cyber resiliencyincludingdata protection data security and data recovery.

Share best practices forlifecycle managementproductupgrades and patching.

Ensure the effective positioning and delivery of theGlobalCustomer Success (GCS) technical servicesportfolio.

Assistcustomerstomaximize the value and performance of their deployed Cohesity productsthatdrive product adoption andutilization.

Collaborate withGCS teammates to develop deliver and documentcustomersuccessplans.

Proactively communicate critical technical updates including vulnerabilitiesandhotfixes

CollaboratewithGCSteammates Support Engineeringand other internal partners to address customerconcerns.

Identify competitive riskswithincustomers.

Work outside of normal business hours as required to meet customerdemands.

Travel up to 25% of the time to support customer engagements and businessneeds.

Coordinate and expedite support caseswithin Cohesity supporton behalf of thecustomer.

Serve as atechnicalliaison between customers and cross-functional teamsleveraging insightsgleanedfromcustomerissues escalationsandfeedback to inform Cohesity productimprovement.

Partner withinternal teamsto secure renewals andpromotenew businessopportunities.

Ensure compliance with customer documentation and adherence to company processes andprocedures.

Expandknowledgeandproficiencyof internal tools workflows and procedures todrive efficiency consistencyas well asquality servicedelivery.

Collaborate with product teams to stayaligned with productroadmaps.

Lead or contribute to cross-functionalprojects andinitiatives aimed at improving service delivery tooling or internal processefficiency.

Serve as a go-to resource forteammatesoffering peer mentorship knowledge sharing and processguidance.

Contribute to account growthby cultivating strong customer relationships andturning satisfiedcustomersinto advocatesandreferences.

LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

5 years of hands-on expertise with Cohesity products and services includinganunderstanding ofcyber resilienceand threat containment for cloud infrastructuredisaster recoveryarchitecturesanddata protection storage systemsandvirtualization.

Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelors degree6 years and a masters degreeor a PhD with 3 years experienceor equivalent experience

Proficientinverbal and written communication in English Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish

Exceptionaltechnicalproficiency combined with a customer-centric mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustwithlong-termpartnerships.

Highly independentprofessionalwith strong empathy;consistently demonstrating reliability and integrity in customerengagements.

Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities able to quickly assess complex issues and implement effectivesolutions.

Proven ability to developand deliver impactful technical presentations tailored to various audiences from technical stakeholders to executiveleadership.

Willing to travel internationally on short notice to support customer needsonsite.

Effective team collaborator and leader contributing to organizational projects and initiatives with a proactive and positiveapproach.

Committed to ongoing professional development through continuous trainingandachievingcertifications on Cohesity technologiesas well asstaying informed on industry trends and compliancerequirements.

Track record of mentoring and coaching individuals or teams resulting in measurable improvements in capability andperformance.

Adaptable to organizational change takinginitiativeto drive successand maintain alignment with evolving businesspriorities.

Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.

In-Office Expectations

Cohesity employees who are within a reasonable commute (e.g. within a forty-five (45) minute average travel time) work out of our core offices 2-3 days a week of their choosing.
