Responsibilities
Core Account Management:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customer portfolio including physicians payors and hospital stakeholders
- Create and implement account-specific plans that deliver value propositions tailored to each customers business priorities
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer interactions
Product and Market Leadership:
- Communicate disease state knowledge and product awareness to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
- Serve as a credible field-based reference for product and disease information
- Maintain current product and competitive knowledge to position Sobi as the leader in rare disease treatment
Data Management and Performance Analysis:
- Provide update and analyze portfolio data including consumption trends forecasted orders stock levels and patient tracking metrics
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions to address market challenges
- Monitor competition activities and market dynamics reporting findings to management
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with hospital pharmacies purchasing departments and management boards to design and implement account-level initiatives
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop tactical plans for product access and availability
- Conduct scientific exchanges with healthcare professionals to support evidence-based treatment protocols and patient identification
Compliance and Professional Standards:
- Execute all business activities in accordance with industry codes of ethics and company policies
- Develop and maintain organized visit plans ensuring proper documentation in Veeva CRM
- Demonstrate commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing Sobis mission in rare disease treatment
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Medicine or related medical field
Experience
- 2-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in assigned geographical area
- Experience in rare diseases Hematology Nephrology or Oncology preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Proven ability to manage complex diversified portfolios and consistently meet/exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of local health systems and decision-making processes
- Strong analytical and business acumen
