For our Managed Services team we require a senior Order and Service Management (OSM) developer with good communication skills. He/she should be capable of configuring order orchestration decomposition fallout handling and task flows.
He/she should have experience in Integrating OSM with upstream/downstream systems like CRM Siebel UIM BRM ASAP Network systems using SOAP/REST.
He/she should have experience in developing and maintaining integration flows using SOAP/REST JMS and Oracle SOA Suite.
In this role he/she is expected to collaborate with solution architects and business teams to translate enterprise service requirements into technical solutions.
He/She should be able to prove (with prior experience) the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
Design configure and develop OSM cartridges for enterprise services (Fulfillment Transformation Decomposition).
Configure order orchestration decomposition fallout handling and task flows.
Integrate OSM with upstream/downstream systems like CRM Siebel UIM BRM ASAP Network systems using SOAP/REST.
Develop and maintain integration flows using SOAP/REST JMS and Oracle SOA Suite.
Collaborate with solution architects and business teams to translate enterprise service requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SIT UAT and production environments.
Optimize orchestration plans and workflows for scalability and performance.
Handle order lifecycle management including validation orchestration and fulfillment.
Troubleshoot and resolve order failures fallouts and performance issues.
Participate in requirement analysis design discussions and technical documentation.
Support SIT/UAT/Production issues and deployments.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OSM (7.x8.x / 12c).
Good understanding of Telecom Order Management concepts.
Experience in XQuery XML XPath Web Services.
