Job Summary

Frontier Dental is entering its next stage of growth and were hiring a high-agency revenue-obsessed Director of Marketing Growth to help lead it.

This is not a channel role. This is true ownership.

Reporting to an inspiring CMO youll architect and scale our eCommerce growth engine across acquisition and retention. Youll own CAC LTV retention and revenue contribution building systems not just campaigns.

We have a creative ambitious team ready to level up. Now we need a growth leader with hunger clarity and the ability to turn insight into momentum.

Thekey responsibilities and how you will make an impact:

  • Define and lead full-funnel growth strategy

  • Own paid media lifecycle performance

  • Build and scale HubSpot (CRM Marketing Hub) as our growth backbone this is a must for this role!

  • Design experimentation roadmaps and prioritization frameworks

  • Establish strong measurement attribution and reporting

  • Partner cross-functionally across Sales eCommerce & Customer

  • Have 8 years in growth performance or revenue marketing

  • Have owned outcomes across paid lifecycle

  • Bring deep HubSpot expertise

  • Think in systems not silos

  • Operate with urgency accountability and high agency

  • Make strong decisions in fast-moving environments
