Chef de Partie - Wildflower

Your passion for managing food preparation as Chef de Partie of our Wildflower outlet will inspire your team to create truly spectacular dishes.
This is a full-time permanent position beginning in April 2026.
Starting Rate of Pay: $27.80 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $33.55.
Job Duties Include:
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
- Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage
- Have full knowledge of all menu items daily features and promotions
- Follow kitchen policies procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Qualifications :
- Minimum of four years in the culinary field required
- Culinary experience within a hotel setting is an asset
- Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is strongly encouraged
