Role Overview
The Channel Development Executive is a high-impact commercial role and co-owner of T&Gs channel strategy responsible for turning strategy into flawless in-market delivery across Modern Trade (MT) and Traditional Trade (TT) in Thailand. This role sits at the intersection of Sales Marketing and Field Execution owning the last mile that wins at shelf accelerates sell-out and protects premium brand standards. The objective is to deliver sustainable volume and margin growth for the Apples category with a dedicated focus on ENVY Jazz and Joli.
Job Description (What youll own)
- Co-own channel plans for ENVY Jazz and Joli with MT/TT KAMs and Marketingtranslate brand strategy into store-level programs that win (assortment visibility promo mechanics and execution standards).
- Drive sell-out performance across MT and TT accounts ensuring 100% execution of agreed promotional windows and seasonal programs.
- Win at shelf: maximize shelf share secondary placements and premium visibility ensuring ENVY Jazz and Joli are merchandised to brand standards.
- Lead shopper activation delivery: coordinate POS secondary displays and on-shelf activations to increase conversion and impulse purchase leveraging available data (e.g. Nielsen)
- Run the execution engine in MT/TT: lead and control merchandisers and contractor sales reps across clusters to meet T&G execution standards.
- Protect quality and availability: conduct regular field audits to ensure pricing compliance stock rotation (FIFO) freshness and to quickly resolve OOS issues feeding insights back into forecasting and planning.
- Own execution analytics: maintain high-quality execution metrics (photos compliance scores pricing checks) and deliver crisp performance updates and growth opportunities to the Senior KAM.
- Competitive intelligence: track competitor activity and promotional tactics (especially premium brands) and recommend counter-moves with Sales/Marketing.
- Health & Safety leadership: operate safely in stores/markets/warehouses follow T&G H&S policies and report hazards via company systems.
