Your Tasks

  • To achieve sales volume & value for channelsales.
  • To achive channel MKTshare growth target.
  • To work within the agreed trading parameters and trade spending.
  • To ensure successful implementation of the agreed marketing/trade marketing activity plans.
  • To strengthen relationship with trading partners to ensure that Beiersdorf is one of the preferred suppliers and long term partnership.
  • To Manage all communication to MT team for excellent deployment.
  • Ensure that team is fully briefed on sales KPIs and all targets and equipped to deliver the business plan within agreed timeframe.
  • Accountable for channel performance criteria performance review and joint busienss plan.
  • Ensure appropriate development plan and career plan in place for MT team.
  • Ensure team approach is professional individual is motivated and team ethic is strong.
  • To ensure deliverable of EM framework & execution excellency.

Your Profile

  • Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Marketing Business Administration and other related fields.
  • At least 12 years of experiences as Sales or Trade Marketing in multinational FMCG companies.
  • Proven succesful record as Sales Modern Trade Channel is preferrable.
  • Strong Leaderships Skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Strong analytical project management strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Active energetic result driven easily to adapt with changes creative and good interpersonal skill.
  • Very good command in English & Thai both spoken and written.
  • Good understanding of Thailand Modern Trade Market.

Office Location:6th and 7th Fl. Sathorn Square Office Tower 98 North Sathorn Road Silom Bangrak Bangkok 10500. (Remotely Working from home could be applied)
