Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead capability development strategy to enhance product knowledge recommendation skills and customer engagement across internal teams
- Develop and execute healthcare professional engagement initiatives to strengthen brand credibility and professional recommendation
- Design and deliver structured training programs for sales teams promoters and key stakeholders
- Support product launches and commercial priorities through education and capability-building plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Regulatory and Regional teams to ensure aligned execution
- Manage and develop training materials learning tools and external partners to ensure effective and compliant programs
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Nutrition Science Healthcare or related field
- Minimum 810 years of experience in healthcare pharmaceutical consumer health or nutrition industry
- Experience in training capability development or healthcare professional engagement
- Strong understanding of healthcare professional ecosystem in Thailand
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
- Strong presentation facilitation and communication skills
- Ability to translate scientific information into practical business application
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
- Experience in team leadership or people management preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English
