Job Summary
Ingram Content Group (Ingram) connects people with content in all forms. Required Qualifications:
- College degree or directly related year for year experience
- 2 years work experience in customer service sales retail or publishing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures account quality via fraud mitigation and use of 3rd party fraud prevention applications and tools.
- Maintains established Content Integrity Guidelines for the Lightning Source/IngramSpark catalog.
- Works with sales and client services to ensure quick and accurate processing of accounts and titles.
- Maintains the account and title quarantine work benches as a part of the teams daily activities.
- Communicates directly with clients to validate account or title information when needed.
- Works directly with sales and supervisor to evaluate new opportunities that have significant catalog impact.
- Maintains any partner specific reports necessary to handle large content submissions.

Hiring Salary Range: $22.17/hr. - $27.48/hr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
