Job Summary
Purpose: The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5 years of professional experience to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can balance creativity with strategy collaborate cross-functionally and deliver polished work from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital print and marketing initiatives (web landing pages ads social email presentations packaging brochures etc.)
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling consistent creative across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing product sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Lead projects from ideation through final production managing multiple timelines and deliverables
- Provide creative direction and feedback on designs to maintain brand excellence
- Prepare files for print and digital production ensuring technical accuracy
- Stay current on design trends tools and best practices
Qualifications :
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign); Canva Figma or similar tools a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets Word/Docs PowerPoint/Slides)
- Solid understanding of typography color theory layout and visual hierarchy
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion graphics video or basic animation (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing or product design workflows (preferred)
- Experience mentoring colleagues (preferred)
Education &Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
