About the Role
Behavioral Health Clinicians at Carolina Pediatric Therapy evaluate and treat a wide range of presentations including but not limited to internalizing disorders externalizing disorders trauma Autism and ADHD. Youll use engaging evidence-based individual family and parenting interventions to support positive skill developmentmaking therapy meaningful and impactful.

- Embedded mentorship program for new team members
- True interdisciplinary collaboration with OTs PTs SLPs Psychology and Behavioral Health clinicians
- A supportive positive culture rooted in vision purpose and teamwork
- Ongoing staff development and learning opportunities
Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements
- Masters-level Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in North Carolina (or eligible)
- 2 years of experience preferred (strong pediatric candidates with less experience encouraged to apply)
- Bilingual skills a plus
