Job Summary
About the Role: Were seeking a motivated Learning & Development Intern to support our innovative training initiatives combining 3D Modeling Digital Designs and 3D printing technology with e-learning solutions. This hands-on internship offers exposure to cutting-edge learning technologies and instructional design.
Duration: 13 weeks Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of 3D printed training materials
- Assist in creating and managing e-learning content
- Participate in training material testing and evaluation
- Collect and analyze program feedback
- Assist in maintaining 3D printing equipment
- Support the creation of multimedia training content
- Knowledge of learning assessment methods
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Learning & Development Instructional Design Education Engineering Design or a related field
- Interest in learning technologies including elearning platforms and handson training tools
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning assessment methods
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and technical writing
- Ability to collect analyze and summarize feedback and evaluation data
- Comfortable working in a projectbased collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to elearning content development or learning management systems
- Familiarity with 3D printing CAD tools or digital design concepts (academic or personal experience acceptable)
- Experience creating or supporting multimedia learning content
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to test iterate and document learning materials
