Our team members provide meaningful hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both community-based and on-site settings. Whether serving as a Program Instructor Direct Support Professional (Independent Living) Employment Specialist Job Coach or Job Developer youll play a direct role in helping individuals build skills confidence independence and connection.

Helpful background:
Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant work or volunteer experience
Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities (preferred not required)
No experience in the IDD field Thats okay.
We provide training mentorship and a supportive team environment.
3 years of a valid California Drivers License/ID
3 years clean driving record (for driving positions)
Proof of negative TB test
Physical clearance verification
Criminal fingerprint clearance
21 years of age for driving roles
