About the role:

In this role you will report to the Returns Team Lead and will collaborate with cross-functional teams: including AR AP Sales Operations and Order this role you will own and improve efficiency in the refund and rebate processes partner with internal teams and work with customers to process refunds in a timely manner. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated analytical and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will:

  • Be a key member of the Returns process as a member of the Order to Cash team

  • Identify gaps in the process and drive improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Partner closely with Sales and Operations teams to ensure we are processing all returns in a timely manner

  • Prioritize return requests and communicate any delays or issues

  • Provide weekly reporting on the status of returns

  • Own the rebate process which includes reviewing documents working with customers and queuing payments for the AP team

  • Address incoming questions from internal teams and customers and adhere to SLAs

  • Ad hoc projects to support greater Order to Cash team

  • Frequent collaboration with other teams to identify issues and troubleshoot solutions

  • Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Minimum requirements for this role:

  • Bachelors degree

  • Knowledge of the Accounts Receivable process

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Operations role

  • Excellent communication ability to multitask and reprioritize on the fly

An ideal candidate also has:

  • Experience with Salesforce NetSuite and Stripe preferred
