Where Youll Make a Difference

Provide regulatory guidance and compliance support to Creative Application and Commercial teams for finished formulas.
Review product formulas to ensure compliance with applicable regulations customer requirements and regulatory and industry guidelines.
Deliver accurate and timely regulatory documentation to customers across North America (NA) and international markets.
Support both internal and external stakeholders by responding to regulatory inquiries efficiently.
Coordinate with global regulatory colleagues to review methodologies and align on best practices.
Contribute to the development and implementation of protocols for key regulatory procedures.
Support ongoing enhancements to regulatory databases and internal information technology tools.
Help ensure consistent regulatory standards across products regions and systems.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Bachelors degree in Food Science Chemistry Biosciences or a related scientific discipline.
3 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance or similar roles preferably within the flavors food ingredients or related regulated industries.
Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal contexts.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing workload to meet competing deadlines.
Strong project management problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of computerized information systems.
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
