Job Summary:
Sapphire Utility Solutions are a leading provider of award-winning services to the clean water wastewater gas digital networks and highways sector. Established in 2013 we have quickly gone from strength to strength and continue to grow.
We are looking for a strong administrator to join our busy Health and Safety team providing administrative support to the HSEQ Head Office Department.
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Working closely with the health and safety team and carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks including :
Manage the internal health and safety reporting system E20 system - Producing reports.
Amend and update policies as directed and updating intranet and internal files accordingly.
Support the Health and Safety Director Health and Safety Manager and team with administration.
Monitor and react to a range of data generated within the business.
Screen phone calls enquires and requests.
Liaison with all internal staff regarding Health and safety related queries dealing with queries where possible or passing through to the team as necessary.
Updating records will include working on various databases as well as Microsoft office including Excel at an intermediate level.
Knowledge experience and qualifications required:
Strong communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
Uses own judgement but knows when to ask for help or guidance.
Hours of work 40 hours per week
25 days holiday per year
