As a Facilities & Product Support Analyst youll be working in an operations environment and be expected to perform both manual handling of goods as well as administration. You will be responsible for performing control reconciliations to verify accurate recording of goods received resolving discrepancies and ensuring compliance with procedures.
Job responsibilities
- Manual handling and movement of goods working alongside colleagues across the site
- Timely and accurate capture of actions/transactions in company systems communication and escalation of discrepancies
- Completion and reconciliation of processes to ensure that activity has been recorded accurately
- Collaborate effectively with other facilities and operations teams to support successful outcomes
- Ensure all controls are diligently performed completed and signed off on a timely basis
- Adherence to compliance and operational risks in accordance with JP Morgan regulatory standards policies and practices
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- The role will require the manual handling and movement of goods and products
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and adaptable to change in requirements and willing to learn new tasks
- First class communication and inter-personal skills enabling you to operate effectively with colleagues
- A high level attention to detail is essential in this role
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
