Your Mission:

Lead international projects and coordinate internal business functions and global external stakeholders.

Fulfill customer and company requirements within approved budgets and agreed milestones. Achieve project goals by ensuring revenue generation contribution margins and positive cash flow while delivering on quality and schedule commitments.

  • Plan organize and control projects (including proposal phases)
  • Negotiate project scope and pricing within delegated authority and conduct Project Kick-Off
  • Establish Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) define work packages schedules and perform risk assessments
  • Align short- and long-term goals actions tasks budgets and reporting with project team members
  • Execute projects according to approved budgets contribution margins and cash flow profiles
  • Perform project controlling reporting ERP handling and resource planning
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams (Engineering Integrated Supply Chain Quality etc.)
  • Coordinate internal teams subcontractors key suppliers and ensure effective information flow
  • Interface with customers and represent the company throughout the project lifecycle
  • Detect and handle scope changes including preparation and negotiation of Contract Change Notices
  • Manage risks opportunities and claims implementing mitigation and action plans as required
  • Monitor and communicate KPIs (e.g. EAC growth milestone/schedule fidelity cash flow)
  • Ensure configuration and documentation management (CADM)
  • Ensure compliance with Export Control and Controlled Technology regulations
  • Report project status to management and ensure structured project closeout including customer feedback

Your Story:

  • Commercial focus with strong business acumen and solid technical understanding
  • Minimum qualifications include completion of secondary education (Matura) preferably a higher academic degree
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management
  • Proven experience in project management within high-technology environments
  • Project Management certification (IPMA PMP or equivalent) is an asset
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without formal disciplinary authority
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to recognize and leverage risk and reward scenarios
  • Structured resilient and assertive personality with strong planning skills
  • Networked/system thinking and intercultural understanding
  • Fluent in English
  • German is a plus; additional languages are highly valued
