Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Abbott Diabetes Care in Austria is looking for an Inside sales representative (m/f/d) based in Vienna.
Major Accountabilities
- Remote selling of the ADC portfolio preparation and implementation of new technologies implementation of sales and marketing strategies to reach defined sales targets
- Gaining new customers for the ADC product range regular customer calls according to defined objectives
- Reporting in the CRM system on schedule
- Exact fulfillment of administrative tasks according to the guidelines of the department and the management (team-conference calls e-mail communication documentations in the CRM system etc) on schedule delivery of expenses active communication with management and team colleagues sales analyses definition of sales potential classification of customers
- Planning organization and execution of device trainings (patients nurses doctors)
- Implementation of country specific selling projects adherence to project deadline
- Collecting competitor intelligence from the market
- Providing service and information to target accounts according to marketing and sales strategies.
- Efficient and independent work within the area of responsibility
- High degree of self-motivation and success-oriented fulfilment of tasks
- Continuous expansion of the own knowledge according to the requirements of the business
- Fulfills the requirements of 48 Austrian Medical Device Act 2021 (MPG 2021) related to Medizinprodukteberater
Qualification:
- Completed school education or equivalent experience
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English
- Experience as Tele sales / Sales Representative
- Certified participation in sales workshops
- Experience of working with MS Office
- Several years of practical sales experience and/or tele sales experience;
understanding of customer requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- High flexibility and good listener
