Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our HR Operations team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technology to streamline and automate processes while enhancing operational efficiency and Employee Experience. You will work closely with the Senior Manager Risk & Operational Excellence and collaborate across HR to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation solutions to optimize HR processes.
  • Digitize and simplify workflows to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide actionable insights through data visualization and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support ongoing projects related to HR technology and innovation.
  • Champion technology adoption by promoting digital tools and training team members on new systems and processes.
  • Build prototypes tools and process improvements that help HR work more efficiently and deliver a better employee experience.

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from a program in Information Technology Business Technology Management Data Analytics Human Resources Commerce or related field.
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Power Automate Power BI SharePoint Excel). Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI Tableau)
    • Basic programming or scripting (Python VBA)
  • Basic understanding of process automation concepts
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools
  • Knowledge of HR systems (SucessFactors Workday or similar) is considered an asset.

The expected annual base salary range (prorated for the term) for this role is $45000 - $60000 which is determined based on geographic location and candidates skills knowledge and addition to base salary this role is eligible for paid time off (prorated for the term).
