Your contribution to Prysmians Success:
You will join the Installation / Site Operations team supporting installation staff through administrative and document management activities.
You will contribute to the simplification standardization and reorganization of administrative processes including the development of simple tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Managing and maintaining personnel medical documentation ensuring completeness compliance and proper archiving
Handling travel expenses management including collection verification and administrative processing
Managing site attendance records and time sheets for installation personnel
Supporting the management of work visas and related documentation for site and installation staff
Coordinating travel management including bookings and related administrative follow-up
Managing administrative aspects related to subcontracted personnel services ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement by contributing to the development of simple tools trackers and templates aimed at simplifying and standardizing administrative workflows
High School Diploma in Accounting Economics or Foreign Languages
Previous experience (minimum) in administrative or operational support roles
Good knowledge of administrative and document management processes
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word Outlook)
Good command of English (written and spoken)
