You will document observations communicate clearly with the team and respond to concerns with professionalism and integrity. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license under AU Driver Policy Requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following Allied Universal procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a memorial park location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with access control visitor questions and coordination with onsite personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of grounds buildings parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or security-related concerns.
• Monitor for unusual conditions such as open gates unauthorized vehicles trespassing vandalism indicators and/or after-hours activity and report findings per post orders.
• Complete required reports such as activity logs and incident reports document security-related observations and communicate timely updates to supervision and/or client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
