Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets
- Desk deals structure financing and close customers
- Train coach and develop sales consultants
- Monitor KPIs follow up on leads and drive showroom traffic
- Maintain a high-energy professional sales floor culture
- Work closely with GM and F&I to optimize performance
