DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
The North Carolina Senate is seeking a highly qualified Research Assistant to work in the office of Senator Brent Jackson Co-Chair of the Senate Appropriations and Co-Chair of the Senate Agriculture Energy and Environment Committee. Under general supervision the Research Assistant will conduct policy and legal research for the Senate Appropriations/Agriculture Co-Chair applicable Senate policy committees and for other members as assigned by Senator Jackson. This position requires performing with a high level of accuracy and completeness with strict attention to content and methods. The Research Assistant works under the overall direction of the Senate Appropriations/Agriculture Co-Chair Senator Jackson.
